If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can return them within 14 days. The 14 days count from the order date. The 14-day money-back guarantee only applies to private buyers. The buyer must bear the costs of return shipping. After we have received the return, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 7 working days. The customer can test the goods for 14 days without risk. Definition of "testing" e.g. attaching to the shower hose to see if it fits and if necessary briefly inserting attachments without significant signs of wear becoming visible. If the goods have been damaged by the customer, a refund is not possible.
